By booking or using transportation services provided by Eland Limo, operated by Mighty Eland LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not proceed with a reservation.

2. Service Description

Eland Limo provides professional luxury ground transportation services, including:

✓Airport transfers and transportation.
✓Corporate and executive transportation.
✓Special event transportation.
✓Hourly chauffeur and charter services.

Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance. We recommend booking at least 24 hours before the required service time.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and cash.

Specific payment arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate reservation details, including pickup locations, dates, times, and any special transportation requirements.

4. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies:

✓24 Hours or More: Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
✓2–24 Hours: A 50% cancellation charge applies.
✓Less Than 2 Hours: The full reservation charge applies.

Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges where applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

✓Providing accurate pickup and destination information.
✓Being ready at the scheduled pickup time.
✓Maintaining respectful conduct toward chauffeurs and vehicles.
✓Covering damage to vehicles caused by customer negligence.

Eland Limo reserves the right to address unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive passenger conduct in accordance with applicable law.

6. SMS Terms & Conditions

SMS Program Description

By voluntarily opting in to receive non-marketing SMS messages from Eland Limo (Mighty Eland LLC), you agree to receive text messages relating to our transportation services.

Messages may include:

✓Transportation reservation confirmations.
✓Chauffeur assignments and arrival updates.
✓Pickup reminders and trip status notifications.
✓Reservation modifications and scheduling changes.
✓Customer service responses and transportation-related inquiries.

Employees who consent to internal SMS communications may receive dispatch coordination messages, scheduling notifications, chauffeur assignments, and operational updates.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you will receive an opt-out confirmation where supported, and no further messages will be sent under the opted-out messaging program unless you subsequently provide valid consent.

Eland Limo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Chauffeurs providing Eland Limo services are required to be appropriately licensed and insured.
