Agreement to Terms
By using ElandLimo's transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Service Description
ElandLimo provides premium transportation services including:
- ✓Airport transfers and transportation
- ✓Corporate transportation services
- ✓Special event transportation
- ✓Hourly charter services
Booking and Payment
Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance. We recommend booking at least 24 hours prior to your required service time.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and cash.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
24+ Hours: Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled service.
2-24 Hours: 50% charge for cancellations made between 2-24 hours before scheduled service.
Less than 2 Hours: Full charge for cancellations made less than 2 hours before scheduled service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- ✓Providing accurate pickup and destination information
- ✓Being ready at the scheduled pickup time
- ✓Maintaining respectful behavior toward drivers and vehicles
- ✓Covering any damage to vehicles caused by customer negligence
Limitation of Liability
ElandLimo's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our drivers are fully licensed and insured.
